Ramen Hiroshi San Ramon has quickly garnered attention as a must-visit spot for ramen lovers in the 680 corridor. Located conveniently at 6000 Bollinger Canyon Rd, this restaurant is a continuation of the beloved Walnut Creek location and has kept the high standards fans have come to expect. Customer reviews highlight the signature Hiroshi Tonkotsu Ramen, known for its rich, flavorful broth, melt-in-your-mouth Berkshire pork belly, and perfectly cooked soft-boiled eggs. One patron, Cindy, raved about the dish's flavor and generous portions, which served as a satisfying meal. The menu allows for customization with a build-your-own ramen option, enticing diners to experiment with various broths and toppings. While some diners noted a slightly longer wait time, many found the experience worthwhile, with the comforting ramen providing warmth on chilly days. Reviewers also appreciated the friendly service and speedy takeout options. Sarah emphasized the warm and comforting nature of the meal, perfect for a rainy day. In summary, Ramen Hiroshi San Ramon offers a delightful blend of traditional and modern ramen experiences, with a strong emphasis on quality ingredients and rich flavors. It's a spot not to be missed for both newcomers and long-time fans of Japanese cuisine.

So happy this place is open for indoor dining! Long time patron of the Walnut Creek location. Happy to report the ramen here is as good as Walnut Creek location. Hands down the best ramen on the 680 corridor (and I’ve tried them all!)

Not sure why this place doesn’t have better reviews. We stopped by on a busy Saturday. Cold weather outside, hot ramen sounded amazing. We were sat pretty quickly. Served waters right away. Had to wait a little while for the ramen to come out but omg did it hit the spot. So warm and comforting. Full of flavor. The noodles were cooked well and chewy. The egg was amazing and jammy. The place was a little pricey but we got it to go and ate it for a second meal later. The staff was friendly enough. We got in and out of there pretty quickly but I didn’t feel rushed. I’d go back here if I was shopping on a cold rainy day in San Ramon.

Super yummy ramen. We ordered Hiroshi Tonkatsu Ramen with Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings. The broth was flavorful and the generous portion of pork belly slices simply melts in your mouth! Everything was good. Highly recommended this place!

I have been to both the SF and San Ramon location. If you've been to either you will know what you will be getting. What I like about this place is that they offer Shio and Yuzu flavored broths in pork and chicken variations. I had the salted cucumbers as an appetizer. I'm pretty sure that the cucumbers didn't come slightly pickled. I do think they would be more balanced if they were slightly acidic to be a foil to the fatty ramen. If you aren't full you can order extra noodles.

The service is a little bit slow but the ramen is very good. I ordered the vegetarian ramen and it comes with high quality noodles and decent broth. I might try their yuzu ramen next time. It was not busy on a week day, and I only see one staff member there. Would like to visit again.

The ramen was super delicious. Very rich flavors, not too salty or oily, just right. This was the perfect meal to have on a rainy night. The Matcha IPA paired great with the ramen. The service was great too, very attentive and friendly. We will be back for sure!

Packed on a Friday night but service was quick. Soup base was superb. Ramen cooked just right.
